The Book a Free Consultation buttons open a consultation request form from SimplePractice, our secure scheduling system. The Get Started buttons open a contact form from SimplePractice. The site loads these forms only after you select one of these buttons.
SimplePractice receives what you enter in a form and basic request data, such as your IP address. The forms may use SimplePractice's own cookies and analytics. The SimplePractice privacy policy applies to consultation requests, messages, and intake forms.
